Returns & Exchanges

At Cupid Boutique, we want you to fall in love with every purchase; however, if your item isn't a perfect match, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original condition with tags still attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
